As your relocation & lifestyle consultant, I will share with you the insights I have gained in over more than 20 years if you want to settle in the Algarve!
In addition, I have in-depth knowledge of the local real-estate market. You will also benefit from my personal and professional network – it includes contacts to renowned lawyers, notaries, tradesmen, property developers or architects, for example.
My special service for you: my individual and made-to-measure search and consultancy includes all the things that are important to you personally and mirror your personal values: leisure activities and hobbies, sports, culture, gastronomy, art, access to schools, public transport and medical care, distance to the beautiful beaches and so much more.
Please note that I do not offer financial or legal advice. I am neither a real-estate agent – for the pure property search I will be in contact with professional local agents for you and on your behalf.
When evaluating the properties on offer, it is not just the house or apartment itself that is relevant to me, but also the extent to which the property meets your personal lifestyle and infrastructure criteria. This additional focus clearly distinguishes my service from that of a real-estate agent.
Please note: in Portugal the seller/landlord usually pays the real-estate agent's commission, i.e. you as the buyer/tenant do not pay a real-estate agent's commission, but only a brokerage fee to me!
